Global Entrepreneurship Thailand seek nominations to join its International Mentoring Women in Business Program.
January 1, 2018 - January 15, 2018
Nominations are invited from passionate and committed women entrepreneurs who would like to join our 2018 Mentoring Women in Business Program. Successful nominees will be enrolled for the 12-month program offering exclusive one-to-one mentoring sessions with a carefully preselected business mentor.
Using a carefully designed selection process you as mentee here in Thailand will be closely matched with a business mentor from anywhere in the world. As a mentee, you will have a unique opportunity to work on your business and professional development goals with an accomplished mentor. In addition to 1:1 mentoring, you will have access to training, resources and support through an online forum. You will become part of a supportive community of over 5000 inspirational entrepreneurs and professionals from around the world. In this way, you have an amazing opportunity to build your business, skills, profile and networks.
The key to success is in your commitment. You must be running (or about to launch) a business, keen to set business goals to work on with your mentor, able to access the internet twice/week, able to hold meetings via Skype, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Google Hangouts and any other online tools. You must also be proficient in English.
All costs and management time for the program are covered by the related partners. Your commitment is that you must be able to ‘fully’ commit yourself for one year, from March 2018 to March 2019. You will need to set aside two hours/month during that year for meetings and additional time to send email updates to your mentor. You should also be willing to give encouragement and help to inspire future mentees.
Please note: Mentors are not business advisors or consultants, but rather thought partners and sounding boards. Your mentor will likely be a professional with interest and experience in the areas that you want to focus on. They may not be from your same sector or an entrepreneur, but will be a great source of support, encouragement and motivation.
